Modlux plc offer a construction service, either as traditional or on a design &
build basis and undertake all types of work from small extensions to conversions,
refurshments and new build projects.
As well as offering construction services, Modlux plc can now act Party Wall surveyors
& CDM Co-ordinators. We are members of the Association of Project Safety & Faculty
of Party Wall Surveyors.
