Founded in 1989 as Modlux Ltd, Modlux plc is a medium size company carrying out various projects ranging from £50,000 to £2 Million on design and build or main contractor basis. We are an ISO 9001:2000 company. The company has been building and developing continuously for the last 17 years with increasing projects ranging from small house conversion to medium rise residential dwellings.
